Dealing with a Blowhard

There's a blowhard who takes my music class--named Raoul Gersten.
Gives his opinion on everything--talks and talks. His favorite singer, he says, is Bjoerling--and he says it again and again!
Someone asks a question, and I answer it--and Raoul answers it again!
He used to run the music group, so I have been courteous to him--
But he is such a rude blowhard! So desperate to show off his meager knowledge!
